The responsive video platform

Making video responsive was for us the prerequisite for making video consumption as convenient on a computer as on a smartphone or tablet. A video that automatically adapts to all screens, this requires rethinking the video and first of all no longer directly integrating the video animations, skins, subtitles, in order to add them directly when reading the video regarding the size available on the screen. Beyond filming know-how, it is also a new composite approach to video that we are offering, and this in a completely transparent way for the end user.

Have you ever wanted to control the speed of a video, especially when trying to follow a tutorial, a cooking recipe, a craft, a maintenance process? It's to make this experience much smoother that we offer a step-by-step mode, in which the video is split into steps and automatically stops at each step to give you time to complete the tasks. And because your hands aren't always available when you're in action, we've even implemented voice commands to let you navigate through the video with even more comfort.

A multilingual video to speak to all your audiences

Editing a video in several languages ​​is a painful task today, first because you have to redo all the texts for each version, but also record the voices and therefore accumulate lots of work. In addition, it is not a very economical process because each version is a new independent medium, which requires a lot of storage capacity. At Drime, we have developed a technology that we have called Linguistic Overlay. The idea is very simple: remove all linguistic elements from the video, textual and vocal, to add them when reading, adapting them directly to the user's language.

The Sefmat group is the technical flame specialist. Their products are sold worldwide through a network of distributors. The challenge for them was therefore to find a way to have a direct relationship with their end users to support them in the handling and maintenance of their products wherever they are in the world.

Thanks to Drime, Sefmat was able to produce video versions of all of its product manuals in order to create this supportive link with their users in the field.
